I cannot get my recorded webinar to launch? When I click on the link I get "page error" message.
Usually the problem can be solved by following these steps:
1. Visit http://prodseminars.na4.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to test your connection to our webinar system.
2. Make sure your cache is cleared on your browser. Here are some instructions for each browser type: http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html
3. Make sure your browser is not blocking any pop-ups. If you are not sure how, visit this site for some tips
4. Check that your adobe flash up to date. Visit: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
